  Best place to go if your looking for the cheapest prices on Cigarettes by the pack or by Carton!! I know the owner very well, as I go in here every few days at least and he actually CARES about his customers. There is a GREAT selection of 6oz bags and 1LB bags of the "Good Stuff" Tobacco Always fresher then other stores. In general There are also a large selection of Pipe tobacco for rolling your own cigarettes which SAVES YOU $$$, I switched to doing this 4-5 months ago. He a great selection of boxes of cigarette tubes packed with 200-250 empty tubes with filter. Whether you smoke Red(hard type full flavor Cigarettes), Medium Light, or Ultra Lights. Bi-Lo Smoke Shop has the the right Cigarette tubes boxed with 200-250, from $1.50/per box for some brands up to $2.99-$4.99/per boxes of popular brands. My favorite tubes(based on the way they smoke, pack with cigarette tube rollers, and their strength. I personally Recommend these 3 brands:

  I use the Powermatic® Mini Manual roller which is the BEST Quality for the PRICE at $27.99, However as if your a VERY valued customer, like me.. I got $5.00 off When I bought the machine along with multiple other items at one time!
