  Absolutely horrible. Left with no heat for my new born!!!!! After trying to replace the inducer, he didn't have the right part. I was then told he oiled the inducer motor, which isn't a fix and shouldn't be done anyway. Yet, at 3am the following day my newborn was dealing with a 60 degree room temp!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! Long story short, a 2nd company had to come out within 48 hours when it went down again. The second company roasted them saying this was completely unprofessional, and they cleaned up the mess from AFM. Seriously, find another company, they basically stole $75 from me and put my child's life in jeopardy.
