  I just moved to Marengo last month. My first trip to this local bank was very disappointing and very impersonal. I asked to see someone due to a $50 discrepancy in the conversion of an overseas transfer. The manger told me there was nothing that they could do, and that the amount credited, was the amount they received. It was Not. And we will definitely see about this!
  
  Up until this past year, I banked at TCF Bank for 5 years, and my bank to bank transfers were always correct. I have been with Chase a short time. I changed to Chase, because my daughter who recently had a bout with Cancer has chase. She lives in Chicago, and it makes it easier for me to send her money. I am not happy that I changed to Chase, and I will be looking for a better option. I may just go back to TCF Bank. They were always so good to me. At least there I was treated as a valued customer.
